  • Develop new strategies including active studying, reading and note-taking, and exam preparation
  • Improve research, assignment completion and presentation skills
  • Navigate the University's academic systems and services

  • Weekly workshops: to learn academic strategies in depth
  • Small group coaching sessions: available every day of the week and offered in a variety of formats
  • Drop-in appointments offered weekly to give short, individualized support on academic skills
  • One-to-one appointments available on a case by case basis for a deeper exploration of complex issues and strategies

There are three ways to access our services:

  1. By phone: Call us at 416-978-7970 (September – June hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., July – August hours: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
  2. In person: Visit us at the Student Success Front Desk, located in the Koffler Student Services Centre (214 College Street, Room 150).
