Exploring Leadership: Personal Leadership Development and Getting Involved

Are you a first year student or an undergrad looking for leadership opportunities at U of T? By participating in Exploring Leadership you’ll discover what leadership is and how to achieve what you want by getting involved in learning outside of the classroom.


Ulead: Building your Student Organization

Are you an active member of a recognized campus group, student society or community service organization? Are you looking for tools to run a highly effective organization? Ulead is a leadership development initiative that gives you the resources, training and advice you need to build an effective organization and develop your leadership skills.


Leadership for Graduate Students

Just for grads who want to enhance their communication, conflict resolution and group facilitation skills. You will know how to put leadership theory into practice and become a more effective group member. This program is offered in partnership with the Graduate Professional Skills Program (GPS).

Customized Leadership Training

Whether you are a member of a student organization, student life staff or a faculty member at the University of Toronto, you can request a learning experience for your group's very specific needs. Tell us why you need it, when and for how many people and we’ll put it together! You can choose from a variety of topics, learning approaches, facilitation styles and activities.
