Graduate Students' Union
The Graduate Students' Union at University of Toronto represents over 11,000 students studying in over 70 departments. For many years this union has advocated for increased student representation, funding, and provided services such as health insurance, confidential advice, and a voice for the graduate student body on the various committees of the University.
School of Graduate Studies
The School of Graduate Studies website puts administrative information at your fingertips on every subject from registration to graduation. What you need to know is there, but if you need additional advice, consult the graduate administrator in your home department.
LGBTQ Resources & Programs
The web site for the Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Resources & Programs at the University of Toronto. Now in its third year of operation, the Office is dedicated to making the University of Toronto a community that celebrates the sexual diversity of its students, staff and faculty and offers a wide range of supports and programs.
Sexual Harassment Office
Responsibilities of the Sexual Harassment Office include: providing information & advice to all parties regarding sexual harassment complaints; acting as a non-partisan mediator in complaints; providing referrals to other offices & resources when appropriate; initiating & conducting public education activities such as talks, workshops, & the distribution of resource materials.
Student Health Outreach Program
SHOP (Student Health Outreach Program) is a health promotion service organized by the University Of Toronto's Health Service. It is run by an experienced nurse with the help from student volunteers.
We are a non-discriminatory, non-judgmental organization that firmly believes in the prevention of illness through education and awareness.
The purpose of SHOP is to provide interactions with peers about the social health issues of today. The main goal is to promote health awareness to students of the university.

Athletic Centre
The mission of the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education is to develop, advance and disseminate knowledge about physical activity, health, and their interactions through education, research, leadership, and the provision of opportunity.
Hart House
Hart House is run by student Clubs and Committees. They plan classes, activities, and events. It's easy to get involved: just choose the type of activity you're interested in and go to the next meeting or event. If you want more information before the meeting, phone, e-mail, or visit the office listed in each section. Together, these groups produce a dizzying number of weekly events; read on to find your hobby -- or perhaps develop a new one.

Walking alone on campus at night and feeling nervous? Take advantage of U of T's WalkSmart program and have a student escort get you to your destination.
Family Care Office
The Family Care Office provides free confidential information, guidance, referrals and advocacy for students and their families. You can take advantage of free workshops, family events and support groups. Our office provides information on child care options, schools and after-school programs. You can also book a confidential appointment to speak about: balancing study and family life; pregnancy; support for the arrival and care of your new child; parenting; and elder care issues.
