Application for Campus Group Office Space 2013There are a limited number of shared offices available in the 21 Sussex Clubhouse.
It is important that your group complete the application for office space properly because the application should communicate to CASAS members why your group needs office space.
All the applications are ranked according to a set of criteria established by the Committee to Allocate Student Activity Space (CASAS).
Download the application and be sure to read all the details.
The group should include the following information when submitting your application:
- The form is complete with the names of two of the group’s signing officers and contact person (if different from signing officer). Digital signatures are permitted.
- A copy of the most recent budget and/or Declaration of Finances and /or List of Revenues & Expenses (please send to email@example.com as a separate document).
- A list of current, active executive members and their terms of office.
- If any of the above items are missing or unavailable, please provide an explanation.
CASAS Information SessionsDue to high interest in the limited office space, information sessions are available to answer specific questions where possible about office space. Please be sure to register for the information sessions when the become available.
